Saturday Play - Handstand Series

In this special edition of Saturday Play Handstand Series we will be focusing on the technique of handstands and practicing our inversions. 

We will focus on how to safely practice handstands, entires and exits as well as shapes and simply finding balance.

This class is still suitable for all levels but please know that this will be the focus for the month of February.
