A passive practice of long hold postures while the muscles are cold, used to target joints, connective tissue and ligaments making this a perfect complimentary practice to other strength based forms of Yoga. Regular Yin practice will increase your flexibility, help prevent injuries and assist in cultivating a clam inner landscape.
