This is the idea class for anyone starting their yoga practice or returning to their practice after a break. We will go slowly through yoga poses and transitions with focus on alignment, tonight and mobility.
This class is also great for established yogis who just need a lighter practice or a refresher in the foundations.
We will also use this class to introduce you to the foundations of different styles of yoga such as Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin.
