Holding and breathing through yoga asanas with enough time to really refine alignment and understand the poses in our bodies. This class can still be strong as the holds will challenge us but is slower and give us time to feel and breath into our obstacles. 
This is an ideal class for those wanting to move from beginner classes to more challenging classes or for established yogis wanting to build strength and work on flexibility.
