A strong, fast and fun class to build up some heat in the body. We will flow through some challenging transitions, building up some strength and dexterity and end off with some dynamic stretching.
This class is better suited to those who already have a good yoga practice because the transitions are faster and more physically demanding but you are welcome to join and just take it easy or skip some transitions, moving to Downward Facing Dog or Child's Pose for rest in between.
If you have yoga blocs they can be helpful but it is not a requirement.
